I bought my own computer for the first time in October. As a hospital staff member working shifts, I started playing Valorant with my boyfriend in my limited free time just to relax. I am a very new player; my statistics clearly show I am in the lowest rank (Iron), barely getting 3–5 kills per match. Despite this, on March 19, 2026, around 15:10, my account was suddenly permanently banned for “3rd party software / cheating”. I don't even know what cheats or scripts are. With my painstakingly saved lawful income, I bought expensive sets worth ~₺3,300 on my account. It is completely illogical for a cheater to play this badly and knowingly risk throwing away that much money. I have been trying for days to reach Riot Support, but I only receive automatic bot replies stating “the decision is final,” and my tickets are instantly closed. I cannot reach a real person to thoroughly review my situation. We researched and found two possible causes for this unfair ban: I recently logged in from an internet café in Istanbul. If a previous user on that PC used cheats and Vanguard hardware-banned that device, I may have been unfairly caught in an HWID chain ban. Since Discord is blocked in Turkey, we installed a network-routing program (“goodbyedpi/goodbyedns”) just to communicate by voice in-game. It is known that Vanguard can mistakenly detect such network tools as cheats, producing a false positive. My banned Riot ID is TugceTK#YNKS. I play on my home MSI laptop. My request is that Riot Games stop sending bot replies and have a REAL PERSON manually review my HWID logs, IP records, and gameplay history. I firmly reject committing any violation and refuse to let my efforts and money be ignored. I kindly request a detailed re-examination and the urgent removal of this wrongful permanent ban.
