League of Legends Ranked Matchmaking Feels Completely Unfair

I have been experiencing a serious matchmaking issue in League of Legends ranked games for a long time. While the opposing team is matched with four Gold players and one Silver player, my team is matched with only one Gold player, who is me, and I play Support. On top of that, I am placed alongside a Bronze 4 player. Having a Bronze 4 player on the same team while the opposing team has multiple Gold players, including a Gold 1 player, does not feel like a fair distribution within the same match.

I do not believe that placing a Bronze 4 player and a Gold 1 player in the same competitive match creates a fair competitive environment. These inappropriate matchmaking situations are causing us to lose games, negatively affecting my morale, and completely ruining my enjoyment of the game. As of September 23, 2026, this situation has become extremely frustrating and unbearable for me, and I have reached the point where I am considering quitting the game.

I request that Riot Games improve the ranked matchmaking system to create fairer matches and ensure that players of more closely matched skill levels are placed together. In particular, I ask Riot Games to make the necessary improvements to prevent players from very low ranks and Gold-level players from being placed in the same ranked match.
