Valorant Ranked Matchmaking Put Ascendant Players Against My Plat 2 Team

To the Riot Games team,

I play Valorant on the TR server using the account named “massacrer.” Today, approximately one hour ago, I experienced serious frustration because of the ranked matchmaking system during a competitive match. Even though my rank is Platinum 2, the opposing team included two Ascendant 2 level players, while our team consisted mostly of Diamond and Platinum players. This completely destroyed the balance of the match.

I have been encountering similar unfair matchups for a long time, and this situation has completely ruined my enjoyment of the game. Because of these unbalanced matches, tension constantly rises during games, and I do not want to experience arguments and toxic situations with other players because of matchmaking problems.

I want the ranked system to be urgently adjusted so that a Platinum 2 player will not be matched against Ascendant-level players or higher. In addition, I request that the cheat detection and punishment system also be strengthened in order to make the game fairer and more balanced overall.
