On May 11, 2025, I purchased the Rexona Men Clinical Protection deodorant from a Gratis store, expecting top-tier performance as promised in ads, social media, and even on the packaging. But the product failed miserably. The “clinical protection” it boasts about is nowhere to be found. I’m not new to Rexona—I’ve used various Rexona deodorants over the years and have always trusted the brand. I’ll even include a photo of my previously used product to show how loyal I’ve been. But this one? It was deeply disappointing. Despite being 2–3 times more expensive than other brands, it didn’t even offer basic protection comparable to them. The price-performance ratio is unacceptable. I’m writing here because there’s no real customer support to speak to. Rexona, I expected better. Please take responsibility and fix this.
