I purchased a Rexona deodorant from Gratis, and it has been a major disappointment. From the very first use, it created a rough, gritty texture under my arms that feels extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, it does absolutely nothing to prevent body odor. I’ve given it a fair chance—this is the second time I’ve had the exact same issue with the same product. I was hoping the first one was just defective, but clearly, this is a recurring problem. I’m now at the point where I feel discouraged from using deodorant altogether. This is not what I expect from a trusted brand like Rexona. Gratis and Rexona, I’m asking for support and a proper resolution. Either improve the product or offer a refund—because this is unacceptable.
