On November 28, 2025, I initiated a transfer of approximately €2,000 through the Revolut app from abroad to my bank account in Turkey. Although Revolut indicated during the transaction that the funds would reach my account the same day, I still do not have access to the money as of today.
Upon further investigation, I learned that in the SWIFT process, the “Cover” component of the transfer has been held by JPMorgan for the past 19 days. In other words, JPMorgan — which is supposed to act only as an intermediary bank — has been holding funds that belong to me without providing any justification. The reference information for the transaction is as follows:
cr:49dea9eb-06a3-4369-b8ba-b876cbfa631d_O_251128_l251128SYT06ZWOL.
Despite exhausting both national and international channels and attempting to make contact multiple times, I have not received any concrete results. Revolut has only stated that they are “trying to resolve the matter through internal communication,” but no tangible solution has been provided. Being unable to access my own money for 19 days has caused significant financial hardship and a serious loss of trust.
I demand that JPMorgan release the funds, which do not belong to them, without further delay, and ensure that my money is transferred immediately to my bank account in Turkey. I request that this matter be treated as urgent, resolved no later than the end of this week, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation.
