If Revolut says your refund is "completed" but your balance is the same, it might be because the merchant's refund isn't fully processed on their end yet, so the money isn't released back.
It usually takes about 5 business days to appear after the merchant does their part.
To begin, look closely at your transaction list (and refresh the app or update to the latest version), as the amount returned may sometimes show up in a different currency balance or under upcoming/other transactions.
If you can't find the refund, contact the store to make sure they sent it and ask for information like the amount, date, and reference number.
Then, use Revolut's in-app support chat to show this info and ask them to look for the refund in their system.
If the seller refused or reversed the refund, which is very rare, you might have to ask them to do it again.
If there is a problem with the transaction, you should start a chargeback or dispute in the app and follow the instructions.
