Titanium Revlon One-Step Styler Causes Severe Frizz and Static

I purchased the Revlon Salon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer (model RVDR5282UKE) online through Hepsiburada from a seller named Delmas (though the box says Amazon) for approximately $65. I recently bought the product and have only used it twice, but it causes severe static in my hair. Even though the product claims to feature ionic technology and titanium coating, I have never experienced this issue with alternative products, or even with Revlon's plastic One-Step model.

I specifically chose this product for its titanium coating, thinking it would be higher quality and more advanced, but my experience was completely the opposite of my expectations. I am not satisfied with the product at all due to the static it creates in my hair, and I believe the item is defective.

My request to the brand is to exchange this titanium-coated model for Revlon's plastic One-Step model. At least with the plastic one, I never had this kind of static hair issue. I ask that my grievance be addressed and my request for a product exchange be evaluated promptly.
