Revlon One-Step Volumizer Arrives With Broken Brush Attachment Under Warranty

I received my Revlon One-Step Volumizer 1100W hair dryer and styler on May 6 under order number 4367198472 from Hepsiburada. Because the unit was larger than I expected, I spent some time debating whether to return it and left it completely unopened in its plastic wrap. While trying to decide, the return window expired.

Since the return window had passed, I decided to finally try the product, only to discover that one of the teeth on the dryer brush attachment was broken. I contacted Hepsiburada customer service, but they denied my exchange request because more than 15 days had passed since delivery. They offered to issue a discount coupon to my account, but I declined because my goal is to resolve a defective product issue, not collect coupons.

I am intentionally avoiding using the device because of the broken tooth; I don't want a brand-new item with a defect, nor do I think it is safe or practical to use in this condition. Since the plastic wrap remained sealed for so long, it's clear the damage was not my fault. The product is covered under warranty via the e-invoice or physical receipt, which I can provide if needed.

I demand that the broken tooth be repaired by the authorized service center or manufacturer, or if that isn't possible, that the comb attachment be replaced free of charge. I ask that this ongoing issue be resolved so I can finally use a fully functional, undamaged product.
