Reva App Deducted ₹699 from My SBI Account Without Consent
On 4 November 2026, an amount of 699 rupees was automatically deducted from my SBI bank account through the Reva app without my knowledge or consent. The transaction appears in my payment history as a successful payment of 699 rupees to Mohalla Tech Private Limited via PhonePe. I did not knowingly activate any paid plan or subscription for this amount, and I was not clearly informed that such an autopay would be started. As soon as I saw the unexpected deduction, I immediately went into the Reva app and cancelled the autopay. I request that the full amount of 699 rupees be refunded to my account and that written confirmation be provided that any subscription, autopay or mandate associated with this charge has been completely cancelled so that no further amounts are deducted without my explicit consent.
