I use the Retake application on my Android phone, and as of today, I have started experiencing a serious issue. The app opens normally, and I can select my photo from the gallery. However, when I move to the AI makeup feature, the app fails to process the image. It gives an error during the process and does not function properly.
I have tried multiple times today, but the issue persists. I deleted and reinstalled the app 2–3 times, logged in from different devices, and even changed my internet connection, but nothing has resolved the problem.
I normally use this app to enhance my photos, but currently, I am unable to do so and cannot use the app as intended.
I request that this issue in the Retake application be fixed urgently and that the app be restored to its previous, properly functioning state.
