ResumeCoach Unauthorized Charge Issue
I only used the Resume Coach CV preparation site once and paid for it back in November. Unfortunately, an unauthorized withdrawal of ₺960 has been made from my card, even though I haven't used it recently.
As a student, it's unfair for you to withdraw such a large amount of money when I haven't even utilized the service. I would like a refund for the amount I paid. Otherwise, I will do whatever it takes.
