ResumeCoach Premium Subscription Charges Continued After Cancellation

I subscribed to ResumeCoach Premium to use its features. Later, I canceled the Premium subscription months ago because I no longer needed it. However, they did not cancel it, and money has been deducted from my account for months. This is unfair and unreliable. If I hadn't checked my account summary, they would still be taking ₺1000 monthly without any email notifications or updates.
I canceled it again, but I haven't received a cancellation email. If this happens again, I will resolve it through the Consumer Court. Additionally, there are no email notifications about the monthly charges. I need to be notified and receive an invoice via email before any charges are made. If this doesn't happen, the system is not compliant with the law.
