ResumeCoach Premium Subscription Charges Continued After Cancellation

I subscribed to ResumeCoach Premium to use its features. Later, I canceled the Premium subscription months ago because I... no longer needed it. However, they did not cancel it, and money has been deducted from my account for months. This is unfair and unreliable. If I hadn't checked my account summary
