I have a 2016 Renault Kadjar that sometimes shakes, especially when going up or down ramps. When I asked the service about it, they told me that the EDC transmission needed to be updated. But they also told me that I would have to take the risk if there was a problem after the update. This seemed strange to me because they had told me before that they needed to update the multimedia problem and that if there was a problem after the update, I would also have to take the risk. I think that the problem, which was fixed by the update, was caused by Renault and not by the user. So, I don't understand why they make the user take the risk and charge a fee for this process. I want the Renault brand to help me solve my problem without charging me a fee or putting me at risk.
