Renault Aftermarket Brake Pads Caused Noise in New Car
At 16,716 km, my Renault service replaced the brake pads. They used aftermarket products instead of original ones. My 2023 model car, which never made a sound before, now started making noise. When I called Renault service, they told me they used aftermarket pads and that I was informed about it. I contacted Renault customer service, but despite a month passing and me following up 2-3 times, I still haven't received a response.

After my complaint, I was called by the service, and they informed me that original brake pads had arrived. They replaced the pads with original ones by paying the price difference, but the noise did not stop. I've been using the Renault brand and its service since 2005, and it's really time to change now.
