If your Remitly payment failed because the recipient account information was wrong, do these things to fix the problem:
1. Cancel the Transfer: Go to your "Transfer History" page in your Remitly account and cancel the transaction whose details were wrong. This will stop the current process and start the refund process for the way of payment you used the first time.
2. Update Recipient Information: Once you've cancelled the transfer, go to your Remitly account and change the recipient's account information. To avoid mistakes in the future, make sure that all the information is correct, including the bank account number and the name of the receiver.
3. Start a New Transfer: Start a new transfer with the new receiver information. Before confirming the transaction, check all the information you put twice to make sure it is correct.
