Reelshorttv Charges After Cancellation

I have a problem with repeated unauthorized charges from Reelshorttv even though I cancelled my subscription months ago. I had originally subscribed to the $4.99 package, but after cancelling in March 2026, I continued to see higher charges, including $12.99 and $2.99, on my bank account. One example is the $12.99 charge from “Reelshortw Sunnyvale US” dated 14 September 2026, and another is a $2.99 charge dated 31 August 2026. My current subscription is not VIP, so I do not understand why I am being charged these different amounts instead of the $4.99 I had originally. This is not the first time it has happened; in the past I cancelled and still kept getting charged, but I did not know where to complain until now. As I review my bank statements, I am sadly discovering more charges on different dates from Reelshorttv, and these repeated withdrawals, plus any extra fees my bank may apply, are causing me financial loss and frustration. I am asking Reelshorttv to investigate my account, stop all unauthorized charges immediately, and refund all payments taken after my cancellation in March 2026, including every $12.99 and $2.99 charge and any similar amounts taken from my account. I would like all of these amounts returned to my bank account so that I can decide freely when to restart a subscription in the future if I choose to.
