I purchased the Reeder S19 Max Pro on February 13, 2026, and the battery started draining extremely fast the very same day. Even though the phone is only one day old, it has not been charging for the past four hours. It is practically unusable.

Despite this, I was told that the phone cannot be returned under any circumstances. I would strongly advise others to avoid using the Reeder brand. I bought this phone as a budget, value-for-money option, expecting it to last at least three months—but it did not even last one day.

I do not want a replacement. I am requesting a full refund of my money. A phone should not fail within a single day. This situation is completely unacceptable.
