Reebok Sent the Wrong Shoes—Model, Size, and Color All Incorrect




On November 6, I placed an order for the Reebok Grand Cane model from Reebok’s official website (Order No: r2451950288). However, the product that was delivered to me does not match the size, model, or color I originally ordered. A completely different model and size were sent. I have a photo of the product and can share it if needed.
I contacted Reebok customer service regarding the issue. I was told that I need to return the product and that an exchange is not possible. However, I purchased the item at a 50% discount, and I can no longer buy it again at the same price. Since the product I ordered was never delivered, I am experiencing a clear inconvenience.
My expectation is that the correct items I ordered be sent to me at the same price I originally paid, and that the incorrect items be picked up. If possible, I also request an option to exchange the product in-store. My delivery address is Aydın/Efeler.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
