Realme GT2 Pro Screen Issue After Update
I am using a Realme GT2 Pro and I started to experience a screen problem on 29 March 2026, right after the latest software update. Before this issue occurred, the phone was never dropped or physically damaged in any way, and the problem appeared only after the update. After the screen problem started, I contacted Realme customer service. In response, I received a complicated and confusing message that mentioned both the possibility of a free service/screen replacement and the possibility that a fee could be requested. This unclear information has made me uneasy because the problem clearly emerged after the official update and not due to my misuse. As this issue arose following Realme’s software update and not from any physical impact or user error, I request that my device’s screen be replaced free of charge within the scope of customer satisfaction and warranty. I would like Realme to provide clear and written information and to carry out a free screen replacement as soon as possible.
