Hello, My friend and I bought two Realme GT 2 Pro phones at the same time. Both of our phones developed a green screen issue on the display for no apparent reason, with a one-month gap between them. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that this is a chronic issue and that the screen needed to be replaced. I have a few questions: 1. Since this is a known chronic issue, why weren't the phones recalled? 2. If the screen is replaced by the service, what happens if the same problem recurs? 3. What will happen if other malfunctions occur after the screen replacement? I expect you to address these questions and get back to me.

The response given was not at all reassuring. I was using Realme 6 Pro before this and it had no issues, so I thought I'd upgrade to a higher model, but you have discouraged me. I've used many phones. And I have witnessed that a repaired phone's lifespan shortens. Why should I use a repaired phone when I can use one without issues? Let's say I had it repaired. What if the same problem occurs again? After all, there is only 1 month left on the warranty, what will happen after the warranty expires? I handed over the phone, and they give at least a 1-month period during which I will be without a phone. This is another problem. It's a pity, what a pity, that even the huge Realme doesn't know what to do when the same problem occurs after repairing. At the very least, you could say if you experience issues after repair, we will replace it with a higher model or refund it at the current exchange rate. No interest, no concern, you said 'deal with it,' I congratulate you.
