I've owned my Realme C61 phone since its purchase and never had a single issue. I could easily access my private safe and hidden apps. However, a recent update completely broke this functionality. I can still enter the private safe, but when I try to open private applications by dialing the code through the dialer, they simply won't launch!
This is completely unacceptable. A software update shouldn't break core features that users rely on. My privacy and ability to access my hidden apps have been compromised by this faulty update. I paid for a phone with these features, and now they're unusable.
