Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro Wireless Left and Right Clicks Stop Responding Repeatedly
I purchased a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro wireless mouse approximately 8 months ago from Vatan Bilgisayar based on a friend's recommendation. Since my friend had been using the same model for 3 years without any issues, I trusted the brand; however, I am currently using my third replacement mouse, and I keep encountering the exact same problem every single time.
The first mouse developed left- and right-click issues roughly 2 months after purchase. I submitted the product to technical service through Vatan Bilgisayar, and after about 15–20 days, it was exchanged for a brand-new unit. The second mouse exhibited the exact same fault within its very first month; the clicks began failing intermittently before stopping completely, forcing me to send it back to technical service once again.
When I received the third mouse, my old computer broke down, so I sent it for repairs and purchased a new laptop in the meantime—meaning any potential PC-related software or hardware cause has been completely ruled out. Despite this, after using the third mouse for a few months, both the left and right clicks suddenly stopped responding while I was gaming. Restarting the computer and reconnecting the mouse temporarily resolved the issue, but I have completely lost confidence in this product, and this situation has caused me severe inconvenience. Due to constantly having to send the unit back to technical service, I was even forced to buy an additional wired mouse as a backup.
Experiencing this exact defect three times in a row on the same make and model is completely unacceptable. I demand an investigation into whether this model suffers from a chronic defect, a permanent and trouble-free resolution, and an evaluation of my request for either a full refund or a permanent replacement under statutory consumer rights for defective goods.
