Today, I made a trade on the Quotex website and lost $50 during the process. I wanted to claim the promotional code offered by the site, but no promo code was provided to me. When I contacted customer service about the issue, I was told that I needed to leave a review on the site in order to receive it.

I request that my promotional code be issued and that the $3 promotional credit I am entitled to be added to my account. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
