I have been using the Quotex platform to trade in the OTC (Over-the-Counter) market for some time now, and I keep encountering serious issues that make the trading experience highly frustrating and unreliable. One of the most noticeable problems is that trades are executed with delays. Sometimes, when I place an order that should close profitably, the platform instead records it as a loss.
Additionally, the OTC market itself seems highly unstable and unpredictable. Just as my trade is about to close in profit, the system suddenly shows a loss instead. This inconsistency makes it nearly impossible to manage my balance properly. Even when I try to recover from losses, the system’s erratic behavior prevents me from regaining what I lost.
I have also experienced issues using promotional codes on the platform. Despite entering valid codes, the system sometimes incorrectly reports them as invalid, adding another layer of frustration to the experience.
Aside from these significant problems, the platform works fine for basic functions. However, for a financial service where timing and precision are critical, these delays and calculation errors are unacceptable.
I strongly urge Quotex to investigate the profit and loss calculations on OTC trades and correct the delayed execution problems. As a user who trusted your platform, I expect a quick and clear resolution. Please fix these technical flaws immediately and restore user confidence in your service.
