I Was Denied a Refund by Qatar Airways After My Father Was Blacklisted

I’m extremely frustrated with the way Qatar Airways and Yolcu360 have handled our refund request. I purchased a ticket for my father, but when he arrived at the airport, he was denied boarding due to being placed on a blacklist—something we were never informed about during the booking process.
The airline gave him a document stating that he would not be allowed to fly and told us to request a refund through the travel agency. That agency, Yolcu360, has been nothing but evasive. For days now, they’ve been telling us, “We’ll get back to you tomorrow,” and “We’re working on it,” but nothing has been done. No refund. No clear answer.
We paid real money for this ticket, and now we’re left with absolutely nothing—no flight, no compensation, and no accountability. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will take legal action and file a formal complaint with the prosecutor’s office.
