I Can’t Get a Refund from Qatar Airways After My Father Was Denied Boarding

I’m extremely disappointed with both Qatar Airways and Yolcu360. I purchased a ticket for my father through Yolcu360, but when he arrived at the airport, he was denied boarding because his name was allegedly on a blacklist. The airline handed him a document confirming this and told us to request a refund through the travel agency.

Since then, Yolcu360 has been giving us the runaround. They keep saying things like, “We’ll get back to you tomorrow,” or “We’re working on it,” but nothing has been done. It’s been weeks, and we still haven’t received our refund. This is unacceptable.

We spent a significant amount (₺) on this ticket, and now we’re being ignored by both the airline and the agency. I’ve made it clear to Yolcu360 that if they continue to delay, I will escalate this and file a formal complaint with the prosecutor’s office.

Let this be a warning: do not trust Yolcu360—they are not reliable. Qatar Airways also needs to step up and take responsibility when they refer customers to agents who refuse to act. I demand an immediate refund and expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
