My epileptic dog's life depends on Purina Neurocare food. Without it, he suffers constant seizures and doesn't respond to any medication. But Purina Turkey has stopped importing this food due to low sales. I'm publicly complaining about a company that doesn't care about animal health.
You can discontinue the import of any shelf food due to low sales, but stopping the veterinary sales of crucial food without considering the lives of dependent animals is sheer cruelty. I've contacted both the Turkish responsible party and the headquarters in Switzerland, but they haven't even bothered to respond. If I have to put my dog to sleep, it will be the fault of Purina Turkey.
