Nestlé Delays Pro Plan Cat Food Authenticity Verification

On October 27, 2025, I purchased Pro Plan Adult Cat Food with Salmon through the idefix website. To confirm the product’s authenticity, I contacted Nestlé customer service on October 28, 2025 and provided all the requested information.
However, even after four days, customer service representatives informed me that my inquiry had been forwarded to the factory and that the authenticity verification had not yet been completed. To expedite the process, I asked the representative, Ms. T**, for the factory’s contact number, but I was told that communication with the factory is handled only via email and that no direct contact information could be shared.
At this point, I have been forced to feed my cats with a product whose authenticity remains unverified, which is very concerning. It is unacceptable to wait several days for what should be a simple verification process.
I respectfully request that Nestlé complete the product authenticity verification immediately and provide me with a clear and prompt update regarding my inquiry.
