I Was Misled by Pronet and Pressured to Bring a New Customer


During my experience with Pronet, the information provided by the sales representatives was misleading, and the prices were far from reasonable. After a year and a half of frustration — even though, according to Turkish law, the maximum contract duration should be no more than one year — they offered me one month of free service and agreed to cancel the contract, but only if I brought in a new customer. I do not find this request ethical. I am currently in the process of filing a legal complaint, because under Turkish law, contracts longer than one year are considered invalid. I believe it's more appropriate to give this money to a lawyer rather than to this company.
