I spent a long time researching an app to practice English. My goal was to have an AI application I could talk to whenever I had free time.
I was influenced by Promova’s advertisements and decided to try it. I thought that, at worst, I could request a refund.
I installed the program and completed the membership and payment steps. After reviewing it for about 15 minutes, I realized that it was nothing like what was shown in the ads and that it would not serve my purpose. I immediately requested a refund. Neither Google Play nor Promova agreed to issue a refund.
