I lost work after using Presentations AI for slides, what steps get it back?

If you lost work after using Presentations AI and want to recover it;

Check auto-save first;

• Log in → Dashboard / My Presentations
• Look for:
– Draft versions
– Recently edited files
– Auto-saved copies
• Open each version carefully
• Screenshot what you find

Check version history;

• Open the presentation → Version History / Activity
• Restore the latest saved version
• Check timestamps before restoring

Check export downloads;

• Review your Downloads folder
• Search by file name or date
• Check cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud)

Check browser recovery;

• Reopen the same browser
• Press Ctrl+Shift+T (reopen closed tab)
• Check browser history

Check email;

• Search for:
– “Export confirmation”
– “Presentation ready”
– “Download link”
