I Face Rigged Blackjack Rounds With Bots and Manipulated Cards on Pragmatic Play Tables
I strongly believe that the Pragmatic Play live casino blackjack tables are not operating fairly. It appears that fake bot accounts are being deliberately added to the tables to manipulate the outcomes. These bot accounts behave suspiciously—either refusing to place bets during crucial hands or making decisions that don’t match standard gameplay strategies, especially when larger player bets are involved.
Since the cards are barcode-scanned, the system seems to know the upcoming sequence. When I or other real players raise our bets, the pattern becomes all too familiar: the dealer ends up with a 20 or blackjack, even when initially showing weak cards like 5 or 6. Bots holding 16 or 19 will intentionally hit, drawing a high card like 10 or 9 to bust themselves, conveniently leaving a low card behind to help the dealer win. Meanwhile, if the bots don’t bet, the dealer conveniently draws powerful hands. It feels like for every ₺1 won, players lose ₺3 to ₺5—completely lopsided and deeply frustrating.
This is not normal variance; this feels like calculated manipulation. Pragmatic Play must investigate these blackjack tables, stop using deceptive bot accounts, and provide transparency in how the games are managed. Fair gaming is a right—not a luxury.
Pragmaticplay is cheating at live casino tables. There is never any supervision, they are deceiving people. They definitely place fake accounts, i.e., bot players, at the blackjack tables. They accept 50 TL bets but don't accept side bets; their aim is to interfere with the deck. For example, when the dealer is about to get a 5 or 6, they don't accept bets, and the dealer gets a 10 or an ace instead. Or, if the dealer has 15 or 16 and the next card is a 10, these bot accounts will draw a card even if their hand is high, just so the dealer doesn't bust. And the dealer doesn't bust, players lose. The card order, the card readers, know what the cards are up to a certain point thanks to the barcodes on the cards. They read not only the card drawn but also the undrawn cards in order. If you play with a bonus account, you'll understand better; the amount you win or lose in the bonus is added in advance before all the cards are revealed, especially when they start experiencing losses or when one of the players starts betting above the table limit. I've quit Pragmaticplay, there are honest providers out there. At least winning or losing is a matter of luck; here, everything is rigged.

If the dealer becomes ace or 10 when no bet is taken, do not increase your bet. In fact, if no bet is taken, leave the game because the bots start taking bets repeatedly when the players at the table win a lot, they intervene with bots so that people lose.
