Poco X6 Pro Overheating and Freezing Issues on Two Devices, Needs Urgent Fix

We purchased two Poco X6 Pro phones, one for myself and one for my partner. Not long after, both phones started experiencing freezing and excessive overheating. The overheating was so severe that both phones shut down due to the high temperature. We aren’t even using the phones in any demanding way that would cause such issues. This situation is very frustrating for us, and we expect a reasonable explanation and a fix from the officials as soon as possible.
