Unblocking My Pocket Option Trading Account

I am writing regarding my Pocket Option trading account registered in the name of Namutebi B*** with the email address keimac***@gmail.com. Around 23–25 June 2026, my account was blocked after I submitted expired documents for address verification. Since the block, I have not been able to access my trading account, where I currently have a balance of 28 USD. I contacted Pocket Option customer support about this situation, but I was informed that my account cannot be restored. I acknowledge that I mistakenly submitted expired documents and I am ready to provide valid and up‑to‑date identification and address verification documents. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, my verification reopened, and my trading account unblocked so that I can regain full access to my profile and funds. I expect Pocket Option to allow me to correct my information with valid documents and to restore full access to my trading account as soon as possible.
