Pocket Option Account Blocked - Cannot Access Funds

I am a user from Saudi Arabia and my real trading account on Pocket Option was blocked on 17.07.2026. There is a balance of approximately 10,136 in this account and I currently cannot access it. After the block, I contacted Pocket Option customer support. They requested a screenshot of my deposit made on 17.07.2025, but unfortunately this screenshot is no longer available. I informed them of this situation and have already sent them my explanation, but my account still remains blocked and I cannot use my funds. I request that my real trading account be unlocked and my identity and deposits be verified by alternative methods, without requiring the lost deposit screenshot, so that I can access and use my balance again.
