Pocket Option Account Blocked During Withdrawal

I have a standard trading account with Pocket Option, and today, while trying to withdraw $13 to my mobile money account in Uganda, my account was suddenly blocked with my funds still inside. I was attempting a normal withdrawal when this happened, and I have not been able to access my money since. I do not have any helpline contact or effective way to reach Pocket Option support, so I have been unable to get an explanation or assistance about why my account was blocked or how to recover my funds. I kindly request that my Pocket Option account be unblocked as soon as possible and that I be allowed to successfully withdraw my $13 to my mobile money account in Uganda, along with a clear explanation of why this issue occurred.
