Pocket eSIM Europa Package Not Compatible With Redmi Note 9 Pro

On August 29, 2025, I purchased the “eSIM Europa” package through the Pocket eSIM mobile app for $12.99. After completing the purchase, I realized that my Redmi Note 9 Pro is not compatible with eSIM technology. I did not receive any warning or notification about device compatibility during the purchase process.

My order number is PCK2508***. I tried to contact Pocket eSIM customer support regarding my refund request, but I was unable to reach a customer service representative at all.

Since I cannot use the package on my device, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
