On September 23, 2025, at 01:56 AM, a charge of ₺1,499.99 was made to the credit card linked to my PlayStation account, even though I did not make any purchase. In my bank statement, the description appears as “PlayStation Network reconciliation: 2010740”, but there is no invoice or order number related to this transaction in my PlayStation account.
I have no information about what caused this charge, and I do not suspect that anyone else has accessed my account or card. After the incident, I removed my card from my PlayStation account for security reasons. I request that this transaction be investigated and that the unauthorized charge be refunded to me immediately.
