Sony PlayStation Game Purchase Turned Into a Hassle

dealing with Sony is just like wrestling!! both when trying to find a person to talk to and trying to buy games through the PlayStation website.  people there should expect to do better. I've been trying to buy a game for two days now, calling and emailing, but no one has been available to help me. Because the games are so slow, it feels like they are giving them away for free. Seriously, is there no one in charge? It seems like too much to ask for a simple answer or explanation. The lack of good communication and customer service is confusing, and it hurts the reputation of a well-known brand like Sony a lot. It's hard to imagine how frustrating it is to be unable to get help from anyone. I want Sony Turkey to take care of these problems right away and make their customer service better so that they live up to the high standards that come with their well-known brand.
