Xbox Refused My EA FC 26 Refund Request
Yesterday, I purchased EA FC 26 through the Xbox website. I only downloaded the game and have not opened or played it at all. Despite this, my refund request was rejected with the explanation that it was denied due to “refund policy.”
I believe it is unfair for my refund request to be denied when I have not launched, used, or benefited from the game in any way, even though it is a digital product. Since I have not used the product at all, I request a full refund of the amount I paid for EA FC 26.
