PlayStation EA Play Subscription Charge Issue

My 8-year-old child accidentally purchased an EA Play subscription while trying to access a game on the PlayStation console. Since my credit card is registered and active in the system, the subscription fee was charged directly. The subscription has not been used at all and remains in its purchased state.
I was given a phone number with the Ankara area code (**** 401 07 40), but I cannot reach that number; it seems to be fake. I submitted a refund request through PlayStation customer support since there was no contact number for the company, but I have not received any response.
I am requesting a refund for the amount charged, as stated in the PlayStation Network's refund policy. According to their terms, I can cancel my purchase within 14 days, and I would like to exercise that right for this unintentional purchase. I have attached the relevant application numbers and correspondence as PDF documents for reference.
Please address this issue promptly.
