I Face Loading Errors on Mafia: Definitive Edition and Request ₺259 Refund

With order number 786892577319429, I purchased Mafia: Definitive Edition for ₺259. Unfortunately, I have encountered serious loading problems while trying to play the game. Specifically, the Story and Free Ride modes display a message saying they will be available once the download is complete. However, despite waiting and attempting multiple times, the download never finishes, and the game remains inaccessible.

This has left me extremely disappointed, as I paid for a complete and playable product but received something I cannot even access. I spent my money expecting a seamless gaming experience, not technical frustration and wasted time.

I explicitly request a full refund of the ₺259 I paid for Mafia: Definitive Edition due to these persistent loading failures.
