Assistance To Disable PlayStation 2 Factor Verification Code

June 24 10:06 AM

I am having a serious problem with the two‑step verification on my PS5 console and I can no longer receive the verification codes by SMS. My PSN account is registered with the email address rufus***@gmail.com, and the two‑step verification codes are supposed to be sent by text message to my mobile number starting with +254 (Kenya, number ending 6422). Since the evening of 23 June 2026, I have repeatedly tried to log in and link my account with my portable PS5 device, but no SMS with a verification code has arrived at all. I am certain that I am using the correct email address and password for my account, and previously I was able to receive verification codes on this same phone number. At the moment, I am effectively locked out because the system keeps asking for a two‑step verification code that never comes to my phone, so I cannot complete the login or link my account to the portable PS5. In order to regain access to my account and continue using my PS5 console and portable PS5, I kindly request that you manually disable the two‑step verification on my account or provide an alternative way to verify my identity and log in. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, because I am currently unable to use my PlayStation services due to this problem.
