eFootball Account Recovery Stuck on 2-Step Verification
I am an eFootball mobile player, and I have been unable to access my account for the past month due to the 2-step verification process. The email address linked to my account is no longer accessible to me, which means I cannot receive the verification code required to log in. My in-game user ID is PLAYEROFTHEWEEK. I want to continue using this account, but every login attempt stops at the 2-step verification screen because the code is sent to an email address I can no longer access. I have already tried contacting eFootball/KONAMI support, but I could not clearly understand the process they explained and, as a result, I have not been able to resolve the issue. I respectfully request that my 2-step verification be disabled or that I be allowed to change the registered email address after verifying my identity through other account details, so that I can regain access to my eFootball mobile account and continue playing.
