Konami eFootball 2 Step Verification Problem After Lost Phone

I am writing about a problem I am experiencing with 2-step verification on my Konami ID for my eFootball account. I lost my phone on 8 January 2026, and since then I have not been able to receive the 2-step verification codes that are required to log in. At the moment, Konami is asking for 2-step verification when I try to log in, but I cannot complete this step because the phone that was linked to my account is no longer available. I have another account with the username Gram 1213, but the account that has this 2-step verification problem is the one with the username Gram 1212. I have already contacted Konami / eFootball support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I am asking Konami to disable 2-step verification on my Gram 1212 account, or to help me remove the old phone from my account after verifying my identity, so that I can regain access and continue using my eFootball account.
