I Can’t Collect Items in Playrix Despite Empty Storage—Keeps Forcing Me to Expand

I'm experiencing a major issue with a Playrix game related to the storage (warehouse) system. Even though there’s clearly space available in my storage, I’m unable to collect new items or harvest anything. Every time I try, the game prevents me and instead pushes me to spend money to expand storage. This is extremely frustrating and disrupts the entire gaming experience.

Why am I being forced to upgrade storage when there’s space available? It feels like a deliberate tactic to make players spend money unnecessarily. I’ve tried to find a solution or reach out to support, but there’s no accessible customer service representative to help resolve this.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I’m asking Playrix to investigate this storage bug and fix it immediately. Players should be able to enjoy the game without being pressured into spending for something that isn’t actually needed. Please take action—I just want to play smoothly without forced purchases.
