I am experiencing a frustrating problem with PKXD after the latest game update. Even though a new version has been released, my app does not update at all. Instead of showing the “Update” option, the store only displays “Play,” and when I open the game, I cannot access the new features introduced in the update.
This issue started immediately after the update was announced. I have checked my device connection, storage space, and app store settings, and everything is normal. The problem is clearly specific to PKXD, as other apps update without any issues.
I request that PKXD’s support team fix this update error promptly so I can access the latest version and enjoy the new content. I expect a clear explanation and immediate resolution to prevent this from happening again in future updates.
