Playlet Complaint With Subscription Cancelation

I have a Playlet monthly subscription that is being charged directly to my card, but I am unable to locate or cancel this subscription anywhere in the app on my phone. Despite not being able to find the subscription section to cancel it, I was still charged on 2 July. Since I cannot see or manage the subscription in the app, I have no way to stop future payments myself, yet my card continues to be billed. This situation makes me feel unsafe, as I do not understand how a payment is being taken when I cannot even access the subscription controls. I request that my Playlet subscription be cancelled immediately and that the payment taken on 2 July be fully refunded. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been terminated and that no further charges will be made to my card.
